Shipping Policy – Pre-Orders

Approximately 2–4 weeks after the pre-order closes. In some cases, it may take up to 6 weeks depending on demand and manufacturing timelines.

 

Once your order ships, delivery times are estimated at 3–7 business days. 

You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped.

All pre-order sales are final. We do not accept cancellations or refunds unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Agape Sivanch is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
